Scholarship Programme

As a consequence of realisation on the eve of new millennium, Foundation for Social Care launched a well structured scholarship programme for the students of higher education. The project started in July 2000 with 150 scholarships, which soon increased to 200 scholarships a year. Apart from some smaller and occasional schemes, the one which received constant support of SEDCO and Nama Foundation sustained for a longer period. Not only the students receive financial benefit under the scheme but their personality development is also taken care of to a larger extent. Various competitions are organised for them from time to time. These activities are executed through local centres working in Delhi, Aligarh, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Kolakata, Guwahati, Cuttack, Malerkotla, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmadabad, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Banglore and Chennai. The office of the Programme has been shifted in January 2009 from New Delhi to Lucknow due to some unavoidable reasons.
