Introduction

Foundation for Social Care (FSC) was founded on 16 July 1994 by a dynamic group of committed youth aspiring to undertake:

* Spread of benevolence

* Sharing of resources

* Caring of needy

* Grooming of talents

* Glade tidings to all

* Prevention of evil

* Establishment of justice

In the last eight years, the Foundation has steadily grown to become one of the  major welfare  organisations  of  North  India.  Presently,  it runs, manages and sponsors the following projects:

l Maulana Ali Miyan Hospital

l Qarz-e-Hasan Scheme

l Radiance Institute of Computer Applications (RICA)   

l Scholarship Programme

l Radiance Institute of Career Orientation (RICO)       

l Al-Farooq Public School

l Social Welfare Programme                                   

l Darul Quran

l Hostel Project

l Relief and Rehabilitation Work

The  Foundation  disseminates regular information for the knowledge of public   through its Newsletter, periodical Reports and Press Releases. It would appreciate cooperation of philanthropists, NGOs, funding agencies and individuals in its projects and would like to have meaningful interaction with all the concerned. 

Our Mission

'We Care'  is the motto of  FSC,  signifying  the  ardent wish of its  workers to make endeavours for realisation of a   society devoid of human  sufferings and fraught with benevolence, mutual love and social harmony.  'Human care' is the first and foremost task before the Foundation and it commits itself to the common good of all beings. It serves all mankind without any discrimination and eschew prejudice of any sort.

Organisational Profile

Foundation for Social Care  is a registered public utility trust and registered with the concerned authorities in the following capacities:

            1. As a registered body under Trust Act.

            2. As a charitable organisation under 12/A of Income Tax Act.

            3. As a tax exemption availing organisation under 80-G of Income Tax Act.

            4. Permitted for foreign contributions under the FCRA.
