March of the Mission: FSC from 1994 to 2002 |
| The Foundation for Social Care has constantly made a headway since its establishment in 1994 and by this time it has carved out its vibrant place among eminent organisations working in North India. The organisation has completed eight years of its mission in the last July, and heading towards the next milestone. It seems pertinent here, in this first issue of the FSC Newsletter, to have a synoptic view of the journey of the organisation all through these years. Organisational Structure The organisational structure of the FSC is based on Board of Trustees, Central Monitoring Committee, Advisory Council and Unit Management Committees. All these structures function in an hierarchical order and for the achievement of specific targets designed respectively for them Projects The major projects and programmes undertaken by the FSC in the last eight years are as follows: 1. Social Welfare Programme 2. Qarz-e-Hasan Scheme 3. Radiance Institute of Computer Applications (RICA) 4. Maulana Ali Miyan Hospital 5. Mobile Hospital 6. Scholarship Programme 7. Radiance Institute of Career Orientation 8. Al-Farooq Public School 9. Hostel Project 10. Dar-ul-Quran 11. Gujarat Earthquake Relief and Rehabilitation Work Registration and Recognition The FSC is registered in the following capacities: 1. As a registered body under Trust Act 2. As a charitable organisation under 12/A of Income Tax Act 3. As a tax exemption availing organisation under 80-G of Income Tax Act 4.
