Immunization & Vaccination

Healthcare Beyond Hospital Walls

FSC extends its healthcare mission beyond institutional walls, focusing on preventive care, immunization, and community engagement. Through free medical camps, vaccination drives, and rural outreach, we ensure accessible, equitable, and dignified healthcare for underserved populations.

Immunization & Vaccination Programme

Safeguarding Public Health Since 1994

The Foundation for Social Care (FSC) has been delivering preventive immunization to underserved communities for over three decades. Our Immunization & Vaccination Programme is a cornerstone of public health, reducing preventable diseases and saving lives across rural and urban areas.

By combining medical access, community education, and outreach, we ensure that national immunization initiatives reach even the most remote populations.

Programme Scope

  • Pulse Polio Campaign (Since 1994): Annual participation in national campaigns, covering thousands of children in slums, madrassas, and villages.
  • Routine & Special Immunization: Vaccines for tetanus, measles, hepatitis A/B, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis, and more.
  • Hepatitis Vaccination (Since 2008): Targeted campaigns for adolescents and labor groups, including awareness workshops.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Support (2021–22): On-site registration, mobilization, counseling, and side-effect management.

Delivery Mechanism

  • Implemented through Hayat Hospital, mobile clinics, and outreach booths.
  • Supported by nurses, ANMs, ASHA workers, and FSC volunteers.
  • Conducted in collaboration with UP-NHM, ICDS, and local health departments.

Why It Matters

Our immunization programme goes beyond vaccines — it builds trust, resilience, and long-term public health security. We act as a bridge between policy and practice in communities where access, awareness, and misinformation remain challenges.

“Each vaccine delivered is a future protected. Our mission is not only to immunize but also to educate, dispel myths, and build lifelong health security in the communities we serve.”
