1. Interest-free financial help

(1994–2008)

  • 650+ beneficiaries supported.
  • Total disbursement: ₹67,50,000+.
  • Interest-free, dignity-based financial assistance.
  • Refund cycles continued until 2022.

2. FSC National Scholarship Programme

(2000–2012 Active Phase)

  • 225+ beneficiaries (2006–07 snapshot).
  • Active in 21 Indian states.
  • Merit-cum-means selection model.
  • Recovery and tracking continued till 2024.

FSC Loan Scholarships (FLS)

Monthly support for UG & PG professional students.

Merit Based Scholarships

Merit-based assistance for high-performing students.

Sadbhavana Scholarships (SBS)

Support for socially backward districts.

Special Scholarships (SSG)

For Gujarati Minority Students – Regional equity initiative in Gujarat.

Overseas Scholarship & Research Aid

(Planned Stream) – Support for advanced studies and research.

School-Level Scholarships for Minorities (MSS)

  • Classes: 6–12 | Monthly support: ₹300 (Lower Secondary), ₹500 (Senior Secondary)
  • 10-month support per academic year.
  • Focused on Lucknow and surrounding rural districts.
  • Transparent selection and implementation overseen by a dedicated Scholarship Committee (formed in 2005).
  • Objective: Retain students in school → Prepare them for higher scholarship streams.

National Reach & Impact

(2000–2007 Snapshot)

  • 225 beneficiaries in 2006–07.
  • 132 successful graduated.
  • Operational presence in 21 states; centres in Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Indore, Ahmedabad, Cuttack, Guwahati, Jaipur.
  • Disbursement range: ₹25,000–₹75,000 per course.
  • Total awarded in 2006–07: ₹4,15,999.
  • Merit identification included structured screening, scholarship tests, essay competitions, and documentation review.

Committee of Scholarship Programme (CSP): Eminent educators and FSC trustees.

Responsible Financial Governance

From 2015 onward, FSC introduced:

  • Structured repayment and revolving fund mechanisms.
  • Beneficiary tracking & financial discipline.
  • Refund monitoring (2020–2024) and Post-Matric scholarship coordination.
  • Ensures sustainability and continued educational circulation of resources.
